Community Child Care Coordinating Council (4C's) of Alameda County

As a private, non-profit organization since 1972, we are part of the California Child Care Resource and Referral Network of agencies dedicated to children and families in their communities. 4C's is the state-designated Resource and Referral agency for southern Alameda County and your one-stop resource to finding quality and affordable child care. We also assist child care professionals to develop healthy, safe, and nurturing environments that are both educational and fun. Our vision is to be recognized as a model for providing exemplary services to our diverse community of children, families, and child care professionals. 4C's multicultural staff and volunteers are committed to proactive and innovative services supporting our mission to develop and coordinate resources to strengthen families and children. Our resource and referral services are free to all parents, regardless of income.
