Missions and Goals
The Tri-Valley Housing Opportunity Center is a non-profit education center working to promote homeownership education and rental opportunities in the Tri-Valley.
The Tri-Valley Housing Opportunity Center provides information regarding private sector lender programs, funding resources and homebuyer pre and post purchase education- helping match those in need with programs and services that benefit them most.
Working regionally, the Center provides a one-stop-shop reaching over 260,000 people in the ri-Valley region. The Center offers a comprehensive counseling and education program that will expand opportunities and increase homeownership in the Tri-Valley region.
Goals:
1) Build strong families and communities through financial education and the creation of homeownership opportunities.
2) Help prospective homebuyers and renters overcome common barriers to finding stable and affordable housing.
3) Assist in the Marketing and resale of Below-Marke-Rate ownership units.
