Becoming a Member
Alameda County CAN welcomes new applicants for membership. We seek additional partners who contribute to Income and Asset Development efforts and will become important collaborators in our work. Click here to complete a membership application.
Membership Structure & Guidelines
Alameda County CAN has guidelines for full members. We are a democratic decision-making body and full members have decision-making roles. For organizations, institutions or individuals who do not meet guidelines for full membership, we welcome your participation at another level as a friend, funder, for-profit partner, or elected official. Alameda County CAN holds quarterly meetings for members at all levels and monthly meetings for full members.
A committee of founding Alameda County CAN members will review all membership applications and issue membership status. Applicants will be asked to attend a monthly meeting before membership is issued.
